I’ll be honest, I’m probably a little impatient when it comes to customer support, but the self-exclusion process itself was really straightforward. I didn’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops, which I appreciated. My only gripe is that support could’ve responded faster, especially for something that feels important in the moment

I just didn’t feel great about using stake.com. It’s not even about winning or losing for me — I just didn’t fully trust the way the security stuff was explained, and I wasn’t comfortable leaving money on there. When I reached out to support, the replies felt generic, like copy-and-paste answers, which didn’t help. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but for me it felt a bit risky and not worth the stress.

I tried using Stake for live betting and it just felt frustrating. A few times during games, the odds would shift, my bet would sit there loading, and then suddenly the market would get suspended. It’s especially annoying because you feel like you’re about to lock something in, then the chance is just gone. I don’t like feeling like I’m missing out or losing a good spot because the app can’t keep up. I wouldn’t use it for live bets again.

I felt like I was losing time I couldn’t get back. The verification process took forever, and when I reached out for help, support didn’t really do anything useful. I kept waiting because I didn’t want to lose access or miss out, but the whole experience was frustrating.

I tried joining a few tournaments, but they just don’t feel that fair. It always seems like the same big players end up at the top, and for regular users the rewards are small. Maybe there’s some kind of advantage they have that isn’t obvious, who knows, but it makes the whole thing feel kind of pointless. I don’t think it’s really worth the time

There are a few games on here, but after a while a lot of them started feeling pretty much the same to me. I was expecting more slot options and maybe some live dealer stuff too. It’s not Terrible or anything, just ended up being KINda boring for me

I signed up for Stake thinking the bonuses and promos would be a bit better, but nah, they mostly felt weak. The weekly and monthly bonus also came in lower than I expected, even after I’d played a decent amount. Maybe if you’re spending loads it works out better, but for a normal player it just doesn’t feel very rewarding. i wasn’t impressed.

The markets have been poor lately, and what makes it even more frustrating is that there’s no real human contact when you need help. It feels like you’re just stuck dealing with automated responses instead of talking to an actual person who can explain what’s going on

I gave stake.com a try and honestly , the whole site felt messy to me . Pages didn’t load smoothly , the menus were kind of confusing , and even finding basic stuff took way longer than it should have . I’m sure it works fine for some people , but my experience was just frustrating ...

I got fed up fast. I tried to withdraw my money and it took forever, and a couple times it just failed out of nowhere. At this point, I don’t really trust using it anymore.

I used Stake for a bit and then out of nowhere my account got restricted, no proper warning or anything... just suddenly couldn’t use it like normal. I reached out to support but it felt like the same copy paste replies every time, nobody actually explained what rule I supposedly broke. Eventually it got banned and I still don’t know why. Kinda feels like they can just lock you out whenever they want, which was super stressful. Not worth the headache for me

I wouldn’t say it’s the worst site ever, but the live casino side definitely needs some work.

A few payment options looked okay at first, but then there was always some catch hiding in the details. I reached out to support too, but I never really got a clear answer — just felt like I was another ticket number in the queue. Definitely not using it again

It could be better. It’s not the worst thing ever, but it definitely feels like a bit of a dud and didn’t really live up to what I expected, tbh.

I put a deposit into stake and it did not show up for a long time. The money left my wallet quickly, but the site kept acting like nothing had arrived. Support did reply, but they mostly just told me to wait and check the hash. It did finally come through later, but the stress was not really worth it. It was not the worst experience, just really annoying.

Stake works fine enough on desktop, but using it on my phone has been kind of clunky lol. Some pages load slowly, and a few buttons don’t respond right away, which gets annoying. I had to refresh a couple times while playing, and that definitely took me out of it. It’s not terrible, but the mobile experience could really use some work.

I had a bad time with the language support. The options felt all over the place, and some pages just didn’t translate, which made everything feel confusing and kind of unfinished.
